Sunday Sadhana: Our spiritual meditation practice at 5:00am December 3rd

Every first Sunday of the month we gather in community to do our spiritual meditation practice in Kundalini Yoga tradition. We start with a poem/prayer that brings focus to the mind and vibration to the soul body. We follow with a kriya /asana practice for an hour. Then chanting of mantras for an hour. To bring focus to mind, strength to the body and energy for the soul. These are tools to build on our foundation that we may be strong, kind and loving in difficult times. Start this practice or come to build upon it.
