Yogi Bhajan
Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga, arrived in the United States in 1969 with a stated purpose: “I have come to create Teachers, not to gather disciples.” For over 30 years, he traveled internationally teaching Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness. Through The Aquarian Teacher Program, Yogi Bhajan has trained thousands of KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teachers. In 1994, the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association, (IKYTA), was formed to further spread these priceless teachings through the united efforts of Kundalini Yoga teachers worldwide.

Updesh Kaur
Updesh was so inspired by the benefits experienced after her first Kundalini Yoga class in 2000, that she became a certified instructor by 2001. She began working with the Aquarian Trainer Academy, an arm of KRI, as an administrator for the first Level One Teacher Training in Clearwater, Fl in 2007. She holds a Business Management degree and spent years in corporate management and training. Updesh became a member of the Aquarian Trainer Academy in 2008, a volunteer on the professional Development Committee in 2009 and a member of the Teacher Trainer executive Council from 2010 to 2017. She is committed to sharing the teachings and the amazing benefits of kundalini yoga to all. She is currently working to complete KRI Level 3 certification.

Hari Kaur
Hari is a teacher of kundalini yoga and meditation. She is part of the first wave of yoga teachers that pioneered the teaching of kundalini yoga and meditation in the west. She has extensive experience in delivering kundalini classes and teacher training worldwide and fulfills the role of the mentoring lead. She pioneered teaching Kundalini Yoga in high schools and hospitals. She was the director and developer of Kundalini Yoga wellness programs at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in the Greater Boston Area from 1988-2004, when she moved to NYC with her husband Dave. Hari founded the Illumined Woman courses to empower women of all ages in 2004. She expertly curates wisdom that brings women healing and comfort and transformation. She is the author of ``A Woman's Book of Meditation: Discovering the Power of a Peaceful Mind” (Penguin 2006).

Regina Dewitt
RN, E-RYT-500, Certified Kundalini Instructor. After 30 years hospital experience Regina decided to take health care into a different arena. She began the study of yoga in 1995, the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar and alignment based principles. In 2009 after leaving the hospital she opened Prana Yoga and Healing Center. In 2011, she began to study Kundalini Yoga through the teachings of Yoga Bhajan®. Wanting to share these teachings, Kundalini Teacher Training was offered at Prana Yoga in 2015 for the first time, which she was a part of the graduating class.
