Sunday Sadhana May 5th begins at 5:00am – 7:30am

First Sunday of the month is our Sadhana practice. Early in the morning during the amrit vela we gather for a group meditation practice in the kundalini tradition. Which means we do Japji which is a spiritual poem, a yoga kriya then an hour of chanting 7 mantras.
A regular sadhana is a habit that creates harmony. When you commit to meeting your higher self each day, your decisions and your life become original, your life bears the signature of your soul, and your radiance expresses the meaningful intimacy of the Infinite in each moment. There is a powerful and validating sense of victory that sadhana brings where life’s challenges become opportunities rather
than struggles.
1st mantra connects us to our inner Truth so that we can experience the consciousness of our soul.
The 2nd mantra we chant brings stillness to the mind and unlocks our intuition.
3rd mantra connects us to our inner Truth so that we can experience the consciousness of our soul.
4th Aquarian mantra allows us to acknowledge that we are timeless, deathless beings so that we can move beyond the fear of endings.
5th mantra is for protection against all negative forces, both inner and outer
6th mantra is moving you beyond your mind into bliss or the ecstasy of wisdom.
The Guru Ram Das is the7th chant that praises the Guru Ram Das filling us with humility and healing
