Sunday Sadhana June 2nd

It’s the first Sunday of the Month. Time for community Sadhana.
Always more powerful in a group. An orchestra wouldn’t be an orchestra without all the instruments. Everyone’s individual vibrations of prayer are heard and together the sound travels further. We begin at 5:00am with Japji, follow by an hour of yoga, followed by an hour of chants that ends at 7:30am

Sādhana, literally “a means of accomplishing something”, is a generic term coming from the yogic tradition and it refers to any spiritual exercise that is aimed at progressing the sādhaka towards the very ultimate expression of his or her life in this reality

Everything can be sadhana. The way you eat, the way you sit, the way you stand, the way you breathe, the way you conduct your body, mind and your energies and emotions – this is sadhana. Sadhana does not mean any specific kind of activity, sadhana means you are using everything as a tool for your wellbeing.

If you haven’t done this before you are welcome. If you haven’t practice in a while it’s a good time to renew the practice as earth renews with each spring. It is a new moon and an excellent time to set new beginnings
