Christmas Morning Sadhana December 25th at 5:00am

It has become a Christmas morning tradition for the past 13 years to offer another Sadhana Morning. However you celebrate, honor the spirit of the holidays you can come and gather with us. We do prayer in the form of a poem to open up the heart. An hour of yoga to open the body followed with an hour of chanting to open the mind. The total of the practice brings us into a presence of the oneness of all. A gentle, loving connection with self and one another. Then you can celebrate your day in peace and harmony.
We will have a light breakfast to enjoy with each other.
This tradition of practice is in the teachings of kundalini yoga. We, myself and the community of teachers, would bring this practice back with us after spending a week in Lake Wales, Florida for Winter Solstice. Spending my first week at camp 13 years ago is where I first learned and felt the non doing of all my Christmas traditions, lighting the Menorah in Jewish tradition, meditating and chanting in the yoga tradition. It was the first of feeling the oneness of all traditions and no separation.
I love carrying this energy forth.
