Ashaya Yoga® for a Healthy Low Back: w / Cheryl Chaffee Sunday December 11th ; 12:00pm-2:00pm

When you have back pain, everything in life feels like suffering! In this workshop, you’ll learn how to alleviate and prevent common muscular pain in your lower back. Using the Ashaya Yoga Method, you’ll engage and strengthen your muscles, optimally align your bones and joints, and expand into the freedom that comes when the pain subsides. This class is not recommended for anyone with a current acute disk or spinal injury. All levels of experience are welcome.
