About the facilitator:
In 2016, after working for 10 years in a fulfilling IT career, Sugandha’s pursuit of answers to existence took her to the true calling of Ayurveda and Yoga. She is a certified Ayurveda Therapist. She studies under the best Teachers from India.
Her first teacher is her father who was an Ayurvedic practitioner and she got first-hand knowledge from him since childhood. She has helped more than 5000+ people with their health through Ayurveda and Yoga.
