Beginning this week. Wednesday September 3rd we are offering a NEW CLASS! Aerial Yoga with Carmita. Class size is limited to 4 people.4th generation Circus artist carmita Lorador has spent her entire life mastering the art of Circus arts. She began practicing hand, balancing at age five alongside her siblings and has since become a renowned Cirque artist, touring over 30 countries performing with Quidam by Cirque du Soleil Later on, on her journey she Discover Yoga loved it and pursue a Yoga teacher training certification with SmartFlow by Annie Carpenter

Our class schedule on some days offer you a day of 2 or 3 classes. Like a little yoga retreat.
