Sunday Sadhana Yoga/Meditation , October 6th at 5:00am

S A D H A N A… I love that quiet time in the morning. Before everyone awakens. The earth and nature is still quiet. It’s when we listen to the whispers of the soul. We say our prayers, intentions, thoughts and personal conversation with source.
We hold community sadhana space at Prana Yoga once a month to expand our individual consciousness into the bigger consciousness. Yoga.
Our sadhana is in the Kundalini Yoga tradition of Prayer offering, Yoga kriya and the 7 Aquarian chants.
A two and a half hour practice is a tithing of 10 % back to the universe. Join us and see how the universe returns in favor of your tithe.
