Meet Your Feet with Elaine Koemel, LMT / Saturday July 19th, 2-4pm
Foot Reflexology is an ancient science and healing art. You will learn how to read the map of the feet as it mirrors the anatomy and physiology of the body and be introduced to the understanding of the reflex zones as energy pathways.
The Reflexology techniques and map that you will
learn will be simplified so that you can use what you learn
immediately for self care.
The soles of the feet will ground your energy and you will experience relaxation as the feet are connected to every organ in the body. We will also add the oil Marjoram to massage the fee with. Marjoram works with the muscles and calming of the body.
