“Your voice is a barometer.” – Hazrat Inayat Khan

Come sing! Get to know, and free your voice. Discover the power of your voice as a creative and yogic tool of “flow” and meditative experiences. Attune your bodymind through vocalized sound healing. Learn the anatomy of your voice. Heal your relationship with your voice. Experience music meditation through embodied singing.

As singing connects us with our breath, body and the present moment, it also lights a spark within our community, leading to a deeper sense of recognition and intimacy with others. Founded in basic singing technique, expressive arts therapy theory, kundalini, hatha and nada yoga, Authentic Voicework® is the “Yoga of the voice” – guiding you through the process of connecting you with your own voice as energetic healing.

“Each time I have participated in this workshop, and shared in this process, I have healed, grown, been curious. I am grateful for the wisdom, and Stephanie’s ability to bring forth my authentic voice, while holding a safe space.”

“Life changing! The missing ingredient! Stephanie’s extraordinary gift to bring out and integrate the essential voice goes beyond any energy healing work I have ever done.”

Dress comfortably and ready for movement (jeans / skirts not recommended). Please bring a yoga mat.
