Gong Sound Meditation

Gong sound as meditation is a therapy that has been practiced for thousands of years. Today, it is believed that gong baths can help reduce stress and liberate emotional blockages. Scientific evidence suggests that certain forms of sound therapy prompt damaged human DNA strands to repair themselves. Some tones are thought to promote vitality and healing, and also to enhance happiness. We may enjoy how we relax, rest and fall asleep during the Gong bathe as it has been called. The sound washes over us as if being bathed. How we feel on the outside may not give us the full picture of so much more happening within. That’s ok. We do know we leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
