The 300-Hour Teacher Training Program is for seasoned yoga practitioners, wishing to immerse themselves more deeply in their practice.  Even if you do not intend to teach, this training will deepen your knowledge and assist in refining and strengthening your practice, exponentially. For those of you who wish to teach yoga, the 300-Hour Teacher Training Program is designed to provide you with a solid foundation for creating and teaching high standard, responsible yoga classes.  If you are already a Teacher of Yoga, practicing or not, we welcome and encourage you to join us in this training. You will find that the program is much more than methodical learning and teaching but a profoundly rich self development program that acts as a catalyst for deeper self discovery. 

What makes this Teacher Training unique is the emphasis on yoga as therapy using a wide range of healing modalities including integrative alignment, use of props as therapy, intelligent hands on assists, use of essential oils, pranayama to enhance well-being, meditation, and Reiki.  The inclusion of preventative care and health enhancement modalities will add a uniquely nurturing element to the practice and teaching of yoga.  Additionally, we continue the study of asana practice with attention to alignment, rhythm, sequencing and class structure.

Graduates of the program will be able to confidently and intelligently assess the specific needs of their students and apply the appropriate modalities to provide the most effective care regardless of age or condition.  Furthermore, graduates will learn to design creative, artful, and healing yoga classes and privates that inspire and empower their students.

In addition to the physical aspects of good health, in the 300-Hour Teacher Training Program we delve more deeply into yoga as a spiritual practice. Various forms of meditation, pranayama, and the philosophy of yoga will be covered.

The 300-Hour Teacher Training Program provides in-depth training in:

The monthly modules offered over the next 12 months form a comprehensive traditional yoga study for certification.  Taken each month individually to enhance your current yoga practice spiritually, mentally, physically and historically.  
Design  your course with the months you choose to attend.  Attend each month and receive your 300hr certification.

  • June - PHILOSOPHY AND SACRED YOGA TEXT... History, Sutras, Gita, Pradipida, Sankhya and Vedanta
  • July - YOGA AND HEALTH CARE...Chronic Disease and Limited Function; Heart Disease, Parkinson's, Demention, Knee, Hip, shoulder, Spine.
  • August - NAD AND THE MUSIC OF YOGA... Mantra, Chanting, Sound , Gong, Voice
  • September - AYURVEDA... The folk medicine from India and sister-science of yoga.
  • October - WALK YOU TALK!   Self care for yoga teachers, Nutrition, stress management, sadhana, energetic transfer.
