What makes this Teacher Training unique is the emphasis on yoga as therapy using a wide range of healing modalities including integrative alignment, use of props as therapy, intelligent hands on assists, use of essential oils, pranayama to enhance well-being, meditation, and Reiki. The inclusion of preventative care and health enhancement modalities will add a uniquely nurturing element to the practice and teaching of yoga.
